Sarasgad Fort is located in the Raigad district of Maharashtra, India. It is situated at a height of 1,600 feet above sea level. Sarasgad Fort was built during the 16th century by the Bahmani Sultanate, and later captured by the Maratha Empire under the leadership of Shivaji Maharaj. The fort was used as a strategic military outpost to keep a watch over the surrounding areas. The summit of Sarasgad Fort offers panoramic views of the surrounding hills and valleys. The view of the nearby Kholkhand peak is particularly stunning.

Day 1 -
- Report at Bal Shikshan School Main Gate, Kothrud, Mayur Colony at 5:15 am sharp.
- Leave for Sarasgad at 05.30 am.(3 Hours Drive)
- Have a breakfast enroute.
- Reach base village by 9.30 am. Short Brief.
- Start the trek towards Sarasgad at 9:45 am.
- Reach at the top by 12:00 pm
- Explore the fort and have lunch.
- After exploring the fort we start trek towards base village.
- Reached base village at 4.00 pm
- Start return journey and reached Pune by 8.30 pm.
- Trek Ends.
