Strap on your boots for the Kalindi Khal Trek—an electrifying high-altitude odyssey that thrusts you close to 6,000 meters. From your base camp beside the glassy waters of Vasuki Tal, you’ll vault over jagged moraines and carve your way across shimmering glaciers. Every step brings new drama: thunderous icefalls, knife-edge ridges, and the spine-tingling sight of Shivling, Bhagirathi and Meru towering overhead.
This route doesn’t just tease your limits—it redefines them. You’ll thread through undulating alpine meadows crisscrossed by gurgling streams, taste the thin air atop Kalindi Pass, then plunge into a sacred valley that links Gangotri and Badrinath. Part pilgrimage, part alpine assault, part untamed wilderness—this is Himalayan adventure at its rawest, most rewarding peak.
- Stand atop the world’s second-highest Himalayan gateway at 5,942 m, where every labored breath tastes like conquest.
- Carve a path across fractured moraines and the ice-blue veins of Chaturangi and Sweta glaciers, outwitting yawning crevasses that guard Kalindi Pass.
- Camp beside mirror-calm glacial tarns—Vasuki Tal and its sister lakes—under a canopy of shooting stars, then watch Shivling, Bhagirathi, and Meru ignite in sunrise fire.
- Link the sacred ice of Gangotri to the pilgrim trails of Badrinath on an 86 km high-altitude odyssey through hidden valleys and emerald pastures.
- Track elusive Himalayan wildlife—ibex scaling escarpments, snow leopard prints in the snow—and feel the raw pulse of the mountains in every step.
