Kokandiva Fort is on the boundary of Raigad and Pune district. The Fort was used as a surveillance Fort to keep an eye on the possible attack on the Raigad Fort through Ghol village alongside Mutha river. There is a cave and a few rock-cut water cisterns on the fort. From the top of this fort, one can see Fort Raigad towards South, Lingana towards South-East, and Fort Torna towards East. The two popular routes to the Fort are a walk from the village of Ghol and a climb up the Kawlya Ghat from the nearby Bawlya-Kawlya villages.
